Discover.
I deeply learn about company and it's product (corporate style and temper as well). Besides that I take time to research about ICO platforms, more about other players on market. It's important to understand competitor's advantages and weaknesses. I focused on usability, content and aesthetic properties.
User Flow.
All user scenarios reveal functionality of the product. All way from register to buying tokens was discovered on this step. The main value of this part is to predict every possible user behavior.

Fast Prototyping.
Prototypes help to imagine how interface could work and view. It also helps to find any impasses. But the most important thing that prototypes resolve is usability testing. So the user flows become into a block-scheme which user can try to use but without most of functions.
Design.
It is time when prototypes become colors, layout and shapes. This part is more about aesthetics and on this stage the style is born. Design could be used and tested like prototype but with more attention.
