About
The Creatives is the system intended to simplify the recruitment process of creative people.
The task is to create a system, with the help of which digital product companies, creative studios and agencies will be able to hire design specialists. The system provides the detailed info about the designers, including main key factors, important in the specialist selection.
Problem
There is a need for people of creative professions on the labour market but it is rather difficult to find candidates of a relevant level. Moreover, the recruiting process implies learning the resumes on the first stage, but there is actually no standardized resume model. There is often not enough needed information, some info is unnecessary or the resume itself is badly designed. System The Creatives can solve these problems and promise to facilitate the recruitment process.

The key accent is focused on the information, mainly the position, age and experience in the sphere, salary expectations, personal information, work experience, professional skills and instruments they work with.
The system allows contact with the potential employee in several clicks. It is also possible to add a person to the team in case of the cooperation start. Thus, the personnel can be monitored directly in the application and the company’s need in staff can also be determined there. The present staff members also need to be entered in the app, which will show the team hierarchy and determine the needs in personnel.

As the mobile devices users prevail on the market nowadays the decision was taken to develop a mobile app version, as the functional allows to visualize it.
After the system is tested, the UX and design will be reviewed and the web/desktop version is planned to be developed as well.
The next steps to develop are:
- user (recruiter) cabinet for detailed statistics monitoring;
- the opportunity to create not only recruiter’s personal profile, but also the profile of a company, where several recruiters can be united;
- the opportunity to create the team of developers and other personnel besides the designers.
